Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CMS Reorder application ("the App").
Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
CMS Reorder is a Webflow application that allows you to visually reorder CMS collection items using drag-and-drop functionality. The App modifies the values of numeric fields in your Webflow CMS collections based on your input.
Your Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Maintain backups - You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Webflow site content. While the App is designed to safely update order values, we recommend exporting your CMS data before making bulk changes.
- Use authorized accounts - Only use the App with Webflow sites and workspaces you own or have explicit permission to modify.
- Comply with Webflow's Terms - Your use of the App must comply with Webflow's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Modifications to CMS Data
The App modifies numeric field values in your CMS collections. By using the save and publish features, you acknowledge that:
- Changes are made directly to your Webflow CMS via the Webflow API
- Published changes will be visible on your live website
- You have reviewed the pending changes before confirming
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of results
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
- Damages resulting from any changes made to your CMS content
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMS Reorder and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
- Change features, functionality, or pricing
- Limit or restrict access to the App
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by revoking its access in your Webflow Workspace Settings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
