This Privacy Policy describes how CMS Reorder ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Webflow application ("the App").
Information We Collect
Information from Webflow
When you authorize the App, we receive:
- OAuth Access Token - A temporary credential that allows the App to interact with your Webflow site on your behalf
- Site Information - Your Webflow site ID and name, used to associate your authorization with the correct site
- CMS Collection Data - Collection names, field definitions, and item data (including names and order field values) for collections you choose to work with
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your email address, name, or personal contact information
- We do not collect payment or billing information
- We do not collect analytics or usage tracking data
- We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
How We Use Information
We use the information solely to provide the App's functionality:
- OAuth Tokens - Used to authenticate API requests to Webflow on your behalf
- Site Information - Used to route requests to the correct Webflow site
- CMS Data - Displayed in the App interface and used to calculate and save reordered item positions
Data Storage and Retention
We do not persistently store your data.
- OAuth access tokens are held in server memory only during your active session
- CMS collection data is fetched on-demand and only exists in your browser while using the App
- When you close the App or your session ends, all data is cleared from memory
- We do not maintain databases, logs, or backups containing your information
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Your data is only transmitted between:
- Your browser and our application server
- Our application server and the Webflow API (on your behalf)
Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information:
- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
- OAuth tokens are never exposed to the browser or stored persistently
- We follow Webflow's security best practices for App development
Your Rights
You can revoke the App's access to your Webflow site at any time:
1. Go to your Webflow Workspace Settings
2. Navigate to Integrations > Authorized Apps
3. Find "CMS Reorder" and click "Revoke Access"
Once revoked, the App will no longer be able to access your site data.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
