Project overview
We work with Giftly on an ongoing development retainer, iterating on their existing platform to improve performance, fix issues, and roll out new features across their gifting experience. Our role is to keep the product moving — refining what's already there and building out new capabilities as the team's needs evolve.
Scope of work
Here's what we focus on throughout the retainer:
- Ongoing development
Continuously updating and improving existing pages, fixing bugs, and implementing changes as the Giftly team requests them. - Feature rollouts
Building and deploying new functionality across the platform as the product grows and new requirements come in. - Performance improvements
Regularly reviewing and optimising page speed, layout, and UX to keep the experience smooth for users. - Integrations & maintenance
Maintaining connections to third-party tools and ensuring everything stays functional as the platform scales. - QA & testing
Testing changes across devices and browsers before they go live to minimise issues in production.
The ongoing retainer means Giftly always has development capacity on hand — keeping the platform polished, up to date, and ready to grow.
